The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) seeks to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to justice by action. NOBLE represents over 3,000 members nationwide, primarily African-American chief executive officers of law enforcement agencies at federal, state, county, and municipal levels, other law enforcement administrators, and criminal justice practitioners.

Independent Security Advisors LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned dignitary protection and security consulting firm based in the Washington DC region. FBI – LEEDA is a 501(c)(3) corporation. The majority of members of FBI – LEEDA are Chief Executive Officers of law enforcement agencies, Directors and Commissioners of public safety, and elected Sheriffs throughout the United States and numerous foreign countries. Members of the Association consist mostly of decision-makers from local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. In addition to FBI – LEEDA’s mission of leadership and management training excellence, the Association strives to provide information to its members which will enhance their ability to maintain an outstanding quality of life in the communities in which they serve.
