At Henley-Putnam, you'll be part of a multi-national community that values the unique insights and perspectives that each of our students and faculty members brings to the learning experience.

Henley-Putnam's intelligence, protection, and counter terrorism courses are offered online, so you can pursue your U.S.-based degree anywhere you have Internet access. Our online degree programs offer flexibility, rigorous academics, and a rich learning experience. And our excellent support services—including academic advising, career counseling, and tutoring—are available wherever you are.

If you live outside the U.S., or are not a U.S. citizen, you may be an international student interested in taking our intelligence, protection, and counter terrorism courses. For admissions purposes, international students include anyone who has completed their most recent academic coursework, degree, or credential at an institution outside the U.S. Because we are an online university, students are not required to enter the U.S. therefore we do not issue I-20 or DS-2019 Forms for the F-1 or J-1 student visas. In addition to the admission requirements for undergraduate or graduate study, students whose native or primary language is not English must also provide verification of English proficiency, and have transcripts evaluated and reviewed for eligibility.

Non-U.S. Transcripts

Students must have their non-U.S. transcripts from their post secondary education evaluated to determine their U.S. equivalency. We will accept official evaluation reports from the foreign education evaluation agencies listed below. The student is responsible for contacting the agency directly for procedure and fee information:

  • Office of International Education Services, Credentials Analysis Service at the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
