Timothy Riggs, US Army Retired, has 19 years of service as an intelligence professional and leader with focus in all source analysis, counterterrorism, targeting, and political-military analysis.  His expertise also includes intelligence support to counterinsurgency operations and environmental/threat assessments in support of the Intelligence and Special Operations Community.  During his service, he had numerous opportunities worldwide including Korea, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, and East Africa.  Riggs’ positions included Noncommissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) China Operational Intelligence Cell-Joint Intelligence Center-Pacific, Brigade S2 NCOIC 1st and 3rd Brigade Combat Team-101st Airborne Division, First Sergeant of a Military Intelligence Company, Intelligence Mentor to Afghanistan Battalion Intelligence Officer, Intelligence Applications Embedded Trainer, and Maghreb (North Africa) Analyst-Special Operations Command-Africa.
