Dr. Kemp is the Founder and Owner of OneALPHA Corporation, a professional services firm providing management and technology consulting to federal and private clients.  Dr Kemp is a retired Air Force Colonel, with service in 31 countries on five continents.  In his last assignment, he served on the Air Staff at the Pentagon, where he directed the programmatic and functional management of Air Force Surveillance and Reconnaissance programs valued at $1.8 Billion annually.  Prior to this, he served as a Group Commander at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona and before that he served as the Assistant Air Attaché at the US Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel where he coordinated bilateral research and development, primarily in ballistic missile defense, and provided political-military support to the military security arrangements underpinning the Middle East Peace Process.  After retiring from the Air Force, Dr Kemp worked as an Executive in the US Defense Industry and founded OneALPHA Corporation in 2011.

  • President, OneALPHA Corporation, Herndon, VA, 2011 to present: Owns and manages a professional services firm providing management and technology consulting services to clients in the national security domain.
  • Vice President, SRA International, Inc., Fairfax, VA, 2003 to 2011: Led a 300 person global business unit responsible for providing C2, ISR, Cyber, Training and R&D support to the Air Force and other DoD clients worldwide through contracts valued in excess of $60 Mil annually.
  • Vice President, Adroit Systems, Inc. Alexandria, VA, 2001 to 2003: Developed new programs to support development of future reconnaissance data link architectures, ground station expansion and national-tactical system integration.
  • Colonel, United States Air Force, Retired in 2001.
