Bruce Guggenberger currently serves as a Senior Intelligence Officer for the Department of Defense. His specialty is Collection Management where he has worked in several areas to include Collection Assessments, Collection Management and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tools, and Collection Management Professionalization. Dr. Guggenberger was the driving force behind the establishment of the DoD Collection Management Certification program and frequently serves on collection related forums within DoD and the Intelligence Community. Prior to joining DoD as a civilian, he was a career Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army.
