Mr. Jamie Gauthier's professional experience is broad and diverse including over 18 years in law enforcement, security management and investigative experience both as a police detective handling all adult related crimes to managing simple to complex white-collar crime and fraud cases in the private sector. His current position is working at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office as a DA Investigator in the Bureau of Investigations. Assignments have included major fraud, real estate fraud, welfare fraud, tech crew and special operations group. He has a vast amount of experience handling and managing investigations including specialized training in high tech crime and background investigations. He was also an Assistant Team Leader for SWAT from working at his previous law enforcement agency. In addition, he's held several roles in academia including adjunct professor teaching on-campus and online classes, working as an assistant dean of student services, and course development.
Mr. Gauthier earned an MBA with a concentration in Public Administration as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University. He's approximately halfway complete in pursuing a second graduate degree, which is a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice Leadership at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
