Autumn Miller has been teaching academic and professional writing online since 2008. As a Teaching & Learning Coordinator at Davenport University, she assists with online course design and coaches instructors on best practices in distance learning. She has worked as a freelance writer, and as an independent consultant, she has written and produced over 20 grammar and writing-related learning modules. She has also held the position of Copyeditor for the Journal of Strategic Security. Miller serves as an elected School Board Director on the public school board in her local community. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in English from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
