TCT 600 Advanced Counterterrorism

Individual course cost: $1,647

This course will focus on U.S. Domestic based terrorist organizations including those subscribed to by convicted Oklahoma City Bomber, Timothy McVeigh. The course will identify known organizations, their perceived structure, goals and degree of operational capacity. Further, this course will present historical perspectives on international terrorism, which through legal and illegal immigration and infiltration can now be considered “domestic” in nature.

The course learning outcomes that you will demonstrate upon completion of this course are as follows:

Identify and discuss theories and threats of terrorism that exist. 

Classify various psychological traits and ideologies into current accepted terrorist classifications.  

Explain how terrorist operations are conducted.

Identify examples of terrorism as a means of predictive analysis.

Discuss countermeasures to preventing terrorist activities. 

Describe and evaluate the concept future terrorist activities.
