During free webinar, Todd Steinmetz, Homeland Security Analyst at Information and Infrastructure Technologies, will examine the Mexican drug war in light of the upcoming Mexican elections.

(Santa Clara, CA, June 21st, 2012) – Henley-Putnam University’s next free webinar discusses the impact of Mexico’s drug war on society at large with regards to Mexico’s July 2012 presidential election.

On Tuesday, June 26th at 1:00pm, EDT, Mr. Steinmetz will describe the current state of Mexico's drug war, including an in-depth overview of the conflict as well as a detailed introduction of the groups involved and the tactics used. Mr. Steinmetz will also analyze existing efforts, by both Mexico and the United States, to undermine the cartels and, finally, explore potential solutions for improving those efforts.
