San Jose, California, July 11, 2007 ― Henley-Putnam University has joined the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC), a consortium of national higher education institutions which, in cooperation with the Department of Defense (DOD) and Military Services, help meet the voluntary higher education needs of servicemembers.
