Jamie Gauthier, MBA

Jamie Gauthier is a veteran of  Law Enforcement with six years of experience in the field. He teaches courses in evidence and crime scene management. Mr. Gauthier has served as the alumni association president for Columbia Southern University from 2005-2007 and has been a moderator for the CSU online student forum. Mr. Gauthier was a guest speaker at two graduation ceremonies for CSU and has been very active with the development of CSU’s Alumni Association and newsletter publications. Mr. Gauthier has been heavily involved with distance education throughout his studies and since graduating. He was one of the national outstanding graduates for the Distance Education and Training Council, with the co-sponsorship from Columbia Southern University, where he gave a speech at the DETC 80th Annual Conference in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Gauthier is a member of the Delta Epsilon Tau International Honor Society and the National Scholars Honor Society. He recently wrote an article for the spring 2006 DETC Newsletter pertaining to graduates from distance educational institutions securing teaching positions. Mr. Gauthier has his basic, intermediate and advanced certifications through the Commission of Peace Officer Standards and Training. He is a certified fitness trainer with the International Sports Science Association. He is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Gauthier received his MBA from Columbia Southern University in 2005.
